Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
   Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
   Sacred or customized items (idols, puja kits) are not returnable unless damaged during transit.
3. Refund Process
   Approved, the refund will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
   Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
